How do I view new or updated vendor data in my system?

Vendor information refreshes automatically at 24 hours intervals, unless your system contains more data. AP Assist users can manually refresh the system to show new vendor information sooner. 

AP Assist

Please refresh your session by signing out and back into AP Assist. You may also click the sync function at the top of any AP Assist page.

AP Gateway

AP Gateway updates automatically, but if you do not see the changes within 30 minutes, please contact Nvoicepay's Technical Support team at 877.974.1752 or techsupport@nvoicepay.com
