If you require a copy of a tax-exempt certificate, please reach out to your customer directly--Nvoicepay does not have access to our customers' internal documents or supplier records.

We provide your customer's contact details on each electronic payment advice, as well as the payment reference number. Please share this number with your customer to help them locate the payment in question.
