May I continue to receive check payments?
Your customer is moving to pay suppliers electronically and is phasing out mailed paper checks. Electronic payments are faster and eliminate the risk of delayed or missing checks. You’ll also have access to the Payment Command Center, our secure online payment portal, where you can view invoice and payment history, download full payment data, print past remittances, and update your administration information. You can access the Payment Command Center and set up your password after you receive your first remittance advice.
May I continue to receive check payments?
Your usual card processing fees apply (according to the agreement you have with your merchant processor), but Corpay does not charge additional fees.

Do I send invoices to Corpay going forward?
No. Please continue to invoice and bill your customers in the same manner you do today.
When can I expect to receive payments?
- For Card Payments: Corpay will send you a detailed remittance advice within one business day after your customer authorizes payment. Remittance instructions are delivered to the email address(es) provided during enrollment. Log in to the Payment Command Center to obtain the provided single-use virtual card number and payment details. Please process your payment immediately.
- For ACH/EFT Payments: Corpay will send you a detailed remittance advice within 1 business day after your customer authorizes payment. Funds will generally deposit into your account within 2-3 bank days after customer authorization. Please allow 5-10 business days for Corpay to validate first-time enrollment or account update requests.
